Strategic Priorities 2026-2028 - Sea to Sky Division of Family Practice

Following the Fall 2025 Annual General Meeting, Board members came together in a collaborative planning session to define the Division’s strategic priorities for the next three years. This process brought forward shared insights, community needs, and a unified vision to guide decision-making and resource allocation from 2026–2028.

Kate created and developed a visually engaging, easy-to-navigate “quick read” document that translates these priorities into a clear and accessible format. Designed with both clarity and usability in mind, it distills key focus areas, ensuring that physicians, partners, and stakeholders can quickly understand the Division’s direction and goals.

The final document balances thoughtful design with strategic clarity—supporting alignment, communication, and ongoing engagement across the Sea to Sky healthcare community.
